We are currently looking for an intern to support our CEO and Leadership team.
About you
We are looking for a motivated and organised Intern to support the CEO and Leadership team. The ideal candidate will assist with calendar management, help coordinate meetings and travel, and provide general support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, while learning and gaining experience in an executive environment.
This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in executive support, project coordination, and company operations in a fast-paced environment.
This is what you'll do:
Assist in managing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments, coordinating travel arrangements and logistics
Safeguarding deadlines, coordinating tasks and overseeing the execution of these tasks
Support communication with internal and external stakeholders
Help organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports
Executing administrative tasks: writing letters of intent, project summaries, documentation, setting up and maintaining
Help follow up on key projects and deadlines
Handle confidential information with discretion
Support the CEO with ad-hoc administrative and personal tasks as needed
Establishing a close collaboration with the Development & Project Management department
Next to all the things stated above, you are:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, or a related field
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch
Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Teams, Google Meet, Zoom)
Professional, reliable, and eager to learn
Proactive attitude and ability to work independently when needed
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
knowledge of the hotel industry would be a plus
Available for min. six months, from February 2026
