CityHub’s luxury pod-style hotels offer guests both the privacy of their own compact, modular Hub and the use of vibrant, premium shared spaces. Through a combination of innovative technology, guests enjoy the benefits of a modern, connected stay, but also have access to friendly CityHosts who provide ‘in the know’ insider hacks and knowledge so guests can enjoy the city like a local. We have hotels in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Copenhagen and Reykjavik and we are working behind the scenes to conquer Europe.

We are currently looking for an intern to assist our Hotel Development team at our Amsterdam HQ.

What does it mean to be our intern?

You will be a member of the Development team and assist with the analysis of new CityHub projects in Europe providing inputs in evaluating investment opportunities, supporting the development process to realise the growth of CityHub. 

This is what you’ll do:

• Conduct market and competitor research/intelligence gathering for proposed and existing hotels.

• Work with the team to create Pro Formas and model cash flows and returns for CityHub.

• Prepare presentations/documents regarding projects.

• Support the team with deal-specific and business intelligence related projects.

Next to all the things stated above, you are:

• Available for min. six months, from July/August 2025.

• Student in Hotel Management, Business or Real Estate.

• Fluent in English (additional EU languages are highly appreciated).

• You are an EU resident or have a valid working and living permit for The Netherlands.

• Critical thinker, strong with numbers and interest in finance and real-estate development.

• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and like to discover new things.

• Motivated, eager to learn and most importantly enthusiastic and friendly!
