Part-time · Copenhagen

The Hotel of the Future

CityHub is a new lifestyle hotel that is exploring the unchartered waters of the industry. We cater to the wishes and needs of a new generation of curious and savvy nomads by serving up the best of both worlds: travellers experience the comfort of a hotel combined with the feeling of community and the affordability of a hostel. But that’s not all. CityHub integrates a unique way of staying and state of the art technology with local superstars who connect travellers with the best the city has to offer. We have hotels in Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Copenhagen and we are working behind the scenes to conquer Europe.

We are currently looking for a dedicated NightHost for our Copenhagen location to take care of the hotel and travellers.

What does it mean to be a NightHost?

As a Night Host you are the local hero that enables travellers to get the most out of their stay in the city. You are not just available for travellers at the hotel, but, through our app, travellers will also be able to contact you while out in the city at all times. Interaction with travellers at CityHub is personal and spontaneous. The most important thing is to make travellers feel welcome and assist them with what they may need during their stay.

On top of that, as a Night Host you look after CityHub during the evening and night. You welcome late check-ins and help where needed. You take care of the bar and the other common areas and you make sure that nobody is of any disturbance to our guests.

This is what you’ll do:

  • Welcoming travellers and sharing your insider tips about Copenhagen
  • Refilling supplies
  • Some administrative tasks
  • Checking common areas and keeping them neat and tidy when needed (bar, hangout, bathrooms)
  • Having a chat with travellers for no reason

You are:

  • Naturally sociable, extroverted and approachable
  • You like connecting with people from all around the world
  • You live in Copenhagen
  • You know the city like the back of your hand and you can't wait to share your favourite hotspots with travellers
  • Fluent in English and preferably Danish as well (the more extra languages, the better)
  • You don’t shy off in front of a computer
  • Confident, organised and independent
  • A flexible team player
  • University level thinking
  • Available on both weekdays and weekends, 8-16 hours/week

What is in it for you?

  • A competitive salary
  • Drinks, snacks, parties
  • A fun team in the coolest hotel in Copenhagen

Is it you we are looking for? We can’t wait to meet you.
