We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced on-call Handyman for CityHub.

This is what you'll do:

• You are responsible for the general hotel maintenance, keeping it in a general good condition inside and out while looking after its installations

• You periodically record visual checks of hotel rooms, communal areas and hotel grounds

• You monitor and maintain tidy utility areas and equipment

• You respond to management requests and document them accordingly

• You organise and accompany external experts for specialist maintenance- and construction works

Your profile:

• You have a strong attention to detail

• You have 5-10 years of experience

• You're fluent in English

• You have your own tools (mandatory)

• You have technical background or education, relevant practical experience is a plus

• You enjoy helping people and getting things done

• You work efficiently and independently

• You are flexible and understand that this is an on-call position - work hours may vary and can include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays, depending on demand
